Compotex has developed a successful water based priming system, based on RFL, for the adhesion of glass fabrics to the black rubbers including Chloroprene or Neoprene rubber.

RFL, or Resorcinol Formaldehyde Latex, is traditionally used for polyamide (nylon) and activated polyester fabrics to bond to NR/SBR, CR, NBR and similar rubber polymers.

By widening this range to glass fabrics, Compotex is providing water based solutions to processes that have normally been done with solvents.
